What Happens After Step 5?

Your assigned automation engineer will schedule a 60-minute Discovery Call within 24 hours. We'll walk through your intake responses, clarify requirements, and deliver your custom automation blueprint within 5 business days. Build phase begins immediately after your blueprint sign-off.

Master Services Agreement

1. Scope of Services

Innovative Nectar LLC ("Agency") agrees to provide AI-powered workflow automation, agent development, and consulting services as outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria are defined per project.

2. Intellectual Property

All custom code, AI models, and automation workflows built by Agency for Client become the sole property of Client upon final payment. Agency retains the right to use anonymized case study data unless otherwise specified in writing.

3. Confidentiality & Data Security

Agency treats all Client credentials, API keys, business data, and process documentation as strictly confidential. API keys are stored in zero-knowledge vaults and never logged in plain text. Agency will not share Client data with third parties without explicit written consent.

4. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is due before work commences. Remaining balance is due within 7 days of final delivery. Monthly maintenance plans are invoiced on the 1st of each month. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

Agency's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client in the 90 days preceding the claim. Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Term & Termination

This agreement is effective upon signature and continues until the completion of all Statements of Work or termination by either party with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, Client retains all completed deliverables.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in King County courts.

Your API keys and credentials are stored with zero-knowledge encryption — we cannot read them in plain text. Follow the guides below for each platform.

Security Protocol

All credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256. API keys are stored via 1Password Secrets Manager with zero-knowledge architecture. Keys are scoped to minimum required permissions and can be rotated at any time. We never store passwords — only tokens and API keys.
